Long-time OLP parishioner, Lou Griffith has completed the one-year Aspirancy Period and has officially been accepted into Candidacy in the Diaconate School of Theology! Lou’s three-year journey of academic, spiritual, and ministerial formation begins this weekend. Born in Wheeling WV, Lou grew up in the family construction company. He studied Architecture at the University of Cincinnati, and received his degree in Landscape Architecture from West Virginia University. Lou moved to Columbus in the late 80s, married his wife Karen in the mid 90s, and helped raise two incredible young men, Grant & Peter. Lou has served in various capacities on the OLP School Board, the OLP Parish Council, and was a founding member of our OLP Knights of Columbus Council. Lou is a Eucharistic Minister, a Lector, and serves on the board of St. John’s Hermitage. He currently works as a Project Manager for 2K General Co. in Delaware, and consults on occasional Design/Build projects for family and friends. Please keep Lou and his family in your prayers!
