Hospitality Ministry

MISSION:
To develop a sense of community and support individual involvement in the parish.

MEETINGS:
Business meetings are held quarterly. Dates and times are published in the parish bulletin.

Greeter Ministry: The greeter ministry is a vital part of our congregation's ministry of hospitality. We follow the example of the earliest Christians who welcomed strangers into each new church family with love and affection. Click here for more information on how to serve as a greeter (PDF).

ACTIVITIES:
- Host an annual new parishioner luncheon in the spring.
- Send welcome letters to new parishioners and congratulation letters to families of children baptised
- Support liturgical and social activities of the parish
- Organize Lenten Soup Suppers held on Tuesdays after Evening Prayer service (began 2007)
- Organize and host women's parish social "Ladies Night Out" to foster making new friends and sustaining old friends in the parish.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES: New members are always welcome.
